- A student beginning first year medical school at any medical school in Ontario.
- A student who graduated from a rural public secondary school in Lambton County:
Ontario- North Lambton Secondary School in Forest, Ontario, or Lambton Central Collegiate
and Vocational Institute in Petrolia, Ontario. - Student must indicate financial need.
- First Nations candidates meeting above criteria are strongly encouraged to apply.
